Acceptance

By using plinq you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This document is a draft template and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Report suspected compromise using the contact method your operator provides.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content or destinations.
• No abuse of the platform, security probing, or actions that impose unreasonable load.
• You are responsible for third-party sites you link to.

Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice when practical; security or legal needs may require immediate action.

Intellectual property

The plinq software and branding remain with their owners. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a licence needed to host and display it in the service (wording should be confirmed by your lawyer).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss may be limited or excluded.

Governing law

Disputes and venue should be specified for the legal entity operating your deployment (update this clause accordingly).
